Surfing through the website
of the Histadrut, I found an
old poster issued for the assembly of the 22nd Zionist congress,
as the inscription on the flag says. This Congress was held in
Basel (Switzerland) between 9–24 December 1946. I do not know if
such a flag existed in reality or just on the poster.
